Unfortunately, major technical problems prevent a more thorough analysis this morning.  In the ES, Friday closed above the day’s daily pivot, which we deemed necessary for the longs to advance.  Accordingly, we believe it is still possible for the longs to mount another minor rally ahead of the Wednesday’s 10 Year auction while there is little news.  However, they need to take the reigns early if they are going to advance to new highs, and Friday’s low should act as support.
